Advisory Staff
- Hybrid
- Amsterdam, Noord-Holland, Netherlands
- Advisory
Job description
At JOINSON&SPICE, we work with leading tech companies and strongly believe in a data-driven approach, using our in-house developed software to deliver outstanding results. Innovation really does literally flow through our veins. Our team is growing (we aim to triple in size by 2028), and we work with fast-growing scale-up clients in Tech, both national and international who need more than just compliance — they need Advisory Staff who think with them.
🧩 Your Day
Your day kicks off with a tasteful cup of tea or coffee. And then you check in with your colleagues to align on priorities. You're currently working on the annual accounts for a dynamic SME — today, that means organizing financial data, checking the general ledger, and preparing the first draft of the compilation report. You enjoy diving into the numbers, but you're also learning to step back and think: what do these figures actually mean for the client?
Mid-morning, you join a short internal session where a colleague walks the team through a recent client case — you take notes, ask questions, and get inspired to apply similar thinking to your own work.
After lunch, you review a few client emails and flag an issue that needs input. You get support from a more senior team member, and you make sure to capture the learning so next time you can take the lead. Before closing your laptop, you wrap up some admin and prep for tomorrow’s client file.
You’re still early in your career, but you’re already learning how to translate financial data into advice that matters. You’re growing — and we’re growing with you.
