As an engagement leader, you’ll be the central hub of one of our audit teams from day one. Together with external accountants, you’ll establish a smart, data-driven audit approach.

You ensure that the work process runs smoothly and efficiently from the very start, aiming for a top-notch dossier. You take charge, work with a tight schedule, and allocate tasks so that every member of your audit team can excel. This applies not only to your colleagues but also to your clients. You are the first point of contact, aligning workable timelines with both the client and your team, and ensuring they are followed.

Planned hours, actual hours—everything is meticulously tracked by you. If unexpected additional work arises, you discuss it immediately with the client and the team: the fewer surprises, the better!

And once the audit process is completed, you naturally seek feedback from your team through an evaluation to see how things can be improved even further next time. All for a nine-plus rating—for both the client and the team.

  • Salary: €4.800 - €6.500 gross per month, depending on experience.
    Our salaries are more than competitive in the market and completely transparent: no fuss with unpaid overtime or activities outside working hours.

  • Vacation days. We offer you 27 vacation days as standard to take a well-deserved break. We make sure you truly have the opportunity to take this time for yourself. And if that’s not enough, no worries—you can purchase additional vacation days!

  • Premium-free pension. We believe it’s important that your pension is well taken care of. That’s why we cover all pension contributions in full, so you don’t need to contribute anything yourself. When you start, you’ll have a pension consultation to ensure you fully understand our pension plan and what’s arranged for you (and your family).   • Working from home or part-time. Every Monday, we meet at our office in Amsterdam—to catch up on the weekend and kick off the week together. From there, we plan the rest of the week as a team, whether that’s visiting clients, working at the office, or from home. Teamwork doesn’t always have to happen in the office, and we’re set up for that. As for part-time work, we’re very flexible—nearly half of our colleagues take advantage of this option.

  • Education & Training. Want to continue studying? We've got your back! We offer an excellent study program to support further education. Additionally, every colleague has access to an annual personal training budget.

  • Working hours. Thankfully, we don’t have a punch clock—or traditional working hours. Starting at 8:30 and finishing at 5:00? That’s always an option, but we mainly want your working hours to fit your rhythm. Does your child wake you up at 6:00 and you want to dive straight into work? No problem! Need to stop at 3:00 to pick up your child or because your workout class starts? We completely understand! You’ll work in a team of like-minded colleagues and have the freedom to structure your workday in a way that fits your life.
