Tsss... that sentence above. You could probably dream it. Because it’s in every job ad and describes pretty well what you'll be doing in a typical week. And yes, you enjoy the work, otherwise, you wouldn’t be looking at these kinds of vacancies. After all, you’re not searching for yellow M&Ms in the bag when you actually want the red ones... oh, never mind ;).

That’s why we won’t go into detail about what you do in a week. We’re looking for people with at least three years of work experience—people who already have a pretty good understanding of the job. We fully realize that you still want to learn and improve. That’s why you’ll be working daily with our team of 20 experts, especially with Marisa, our very experienced Head of Advisory. We also invest heavily in training and have a real traineeship. Serious business, indeed.

• Do you have the ambition to become a Registered Accountant (AA)? We think that’s awesome. We offer an excellent study program and will support you wherever possible.

• No experience with client contact yet? No problem, we’ll teach you. Because it’s definitely a key part of this role.

• Is work not the only thing that matters to you? Welcome to the club. Because as much as we care about our profession, it’s not the only thing in the world. We focus on maintaining a good work-life balance. Overtime is not something we do (really, we don’t!), and 4x9 workweeks, working from home, or buying a few extra vacation days on top of the 27 you already get is never an issue, as long as we discuss it.

• Smarter, not harder. That’s our motto. It’s no coincidence we built our own software suite, which powers the entire office. Convinced?

• You have a completed HBO degree in accountancy? No? We’re not picky about it, but we will definitely ask about it.

• Salary: € 3.300 - € 4.500 gross per month, depending on experience.
  Our salaries are more than competitive in the market and completely transparent: no fuss with unpaid overtime or activities outside working hours.

• Vacation days. We offer you 27 vacation days as standard to take a well-deserved break. We make sure you truly have the opportunity to take this time for yourself. And if that’s not enough, no worries—you can purchase additional vacation days!

• Premium-free pension. We believe it’s important that your pension is well taken care of. That’s why we cover all pension contributions in full, so you don’t need to contribute anything yourself. When you start, you’ll have a pension consultation to ensure you fully understand our pension plan and what’s arranged for you (and your family). • Monday funday with lunch. Start your week right with our Monday Funday Lunches! Every Monday, you can choose from a variety of delicious options, whether you prefer high-protein meals, vegan dishes, or are simply in a bulking phase. There’s something for everyone!

• Working from home or part-time. Every Monday, we meet at our office in Amsterdam—to catch up on the weekend and kick off the week together. From there, we plan the rest of the week as a team, whether that’s visiting clients, working at the office, or from home. Teamwork doesn’t always have to happen in the office, and we’re set up for that. As for part-time work, we’re very flexible—nearly half of our colleagues take advantage of this option.

• Education & Training. Want to continue studying? We've got your back! We offer an excellent study program to support further education. Additionally, every colleague has access to an annual personal training budget.

• Working hours. Thankfully, we don’t have a punch clock—or traditional working hours. Starting at 8:30 and finishing at 5:00? That’s always an option, but we mainly want your working hours to fit your rhythm. Does your child wake you up at 6:00 and you want to dive straight into work? No problem! Need to stop at 3:00 to pick up your child or because your workout class starts? We completely understand! You’ll work in a team of like-minded colleagues and have the freedom to structure your workday in a way that fits your life.
